Our Inspection Process

Four stages, every batch, every shipment.

1

Incoming Inspection

Packaging, lot codes, date codes, and documentation verification against order spec.

2

Visual & Dimensional

Microscope inspection of lead finish, marking, and physical dimensions against datasheet.

3

Electrical Test

Bench testing on curve tracer and parametric analyzer where applicable.

4

Authentication

XRF material analysis plus decapsulation for high-value or suspicious parts.

Quality FAQ

Quick answers to the questions we hear most often.

We combine device marking checks, XRF material analysis, decapsulation, and (where applicable) electrical parametric testing against the manufacturer's datasheet. High-risk or high-value parts always pass through multiple stages.

Counterfeit components are quarantined, documented, and disposed of — never resold. We issue a written report and, if requested, work with the customer on remediation.

Yes. We provide CoCs on request. For franchise parts, we pass through the manufacturer's documentation; for open-market parts, we include our own inspection record.

Our reported DOA rate over the past 24 months is below 0.4% across all lines. For franchise parts, the rate is negligible.
